Section 5A:9-1.6 - Notification of public entity of the Adjutant General's granting of veterans' status for pensions purposes

The Adjutant General shall cause the appropriate coding for approved veterans' status, for pensions purposes, to be entered into the Division of Pensions and Benefits database, thereby constituting notification of the public entity.
