QUITCLAIM DEED
RELEASING OWNERSHIP UNIT FROM AFFORDABILITY CONTROLS
THIS DEED, made as of this the ... day of ......., 20... by and between The STATE OF NEW JERSEY, acting by and through its Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs, PO Box 806, Trenton, New Jersey, 08625, (the "GRANTOR"), and the ......., (the "GRANTEE");
