(a) No application for a fire investigator certification shall be acted upon unless the application is accompanied by a fee as follows: 1. The initial application fee shall be $ 91.00.2. The three-year renewal application fee shall be $ 91.00.(b) The application fee shall be made payable to "Treasurer, State of New Jersey."N.J. Admin. Code § 5:73-18.6
