Section 5:62-5.5 - Joint ventures

Before two or more persons form a joint venture for the purpose of entering into, engaging in, or advertising the business of landscape irrigation contracting in New Jersey, each party to the joint venture shall obtain a valid business permit pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:62-3.1.
