Section 5:47-9.1 - Use of interest

The Department shall use any interest earnings on the funds deposited in the Neighborhood Revitalization Non-lapsing Trust Fund (hereinafter the "trust fund") to further the purpose of the Neighborhood Revitalization State Tax Credit program as provided in this subchapter.
