Section 5:47-7.4 - Reuse of funds

In the event that any funds contributed for a particular project cannot be used for that project, whether because the project cannot be completed, or because the Department has taken action to abrogate a contract with a nonprofit organization or has recaptured funds provided to a nonprofit organization pursuant to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 5:47-7.2, the Department shall return the funds to the pool available to fund other projects as provided in these rules.
