Section 5:47-6.5 - Administrative fee

The Department may charge an administrative fee up to a maximum of one and one half percent of the amount of assistance provided by the business entity. The administrative fee shall be withdrawn by the Department from the Neighborhood Revitalization Non-lapsing Trust Fund at the time the business entity deposits the assistance for each year as provided in the certificate issued by the Department.
