Section 5:34-7.28 - Time for review-all systems

(a) The Director shall approve or reject all applications within 45 days.

(b) The 45 day review period shall commence only upon the determination by the Director that the application is complete.

(c) Failure of the Director to act upon an application within 45 days shall constitute a default approval of the application for a period of five years or in the case of new membership, until the date previously approved by the Director for the termination of system registration pursuant to 5:34-7.5(f).
