Section 5:30-18.16 - Certain documents exempt from disclosure under the Open Public Records Act

(a) In addition to the exemptions in N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1et seq., the following records are exempt from disclosure under the Open Public Records Act:

1. Any form or forms containing donor information required pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:30-18.9; and

2. Any receipt issued to the donor pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:30-18.12.
