Section 5:30-18.11 - No representations as to Internal Revenue Service treatment of charitable fund contributions(a) A municipality or county may not make any representations to a donor, or prospective donor, concerning Internal Revenue Service treatment of donations made to a charitable fund.(b) When donating to a charitable fund, the donor shall sign a statement acknowledging that the municipality or county makes no representations with respect to the treatment of charitable fund donations by the Internal Revenue Service.N.J.
