Section 5:27-9.1 - Applicability

(a) This subchapter shall not apply to cooperative sober living residences.

(b) The standards in this subchapter shall apply only to boarding houses operated under either a Class B or Class C license.

(c) Neither food services nor laundry services shall be provided or offered to be provided in any rooming house operated under a Class A license.
