Section 5:26-2.10 - Automatic registration

The planned real estate development or retirement community shall be deemed to be registered pursuant to 5:26-2.6, if within 90 days of the notice of filing or notice of correction, the Agency has not issued an Order of Rejection or the applicant has not consented to a delay in writing.
