Section 5:24-3.1 - Introduction

(a) This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the Tenant Protection Act of 1992, P.L. 1991, c.509 (2A:18-61.4 0 et seq.), hereinafter referred to as "the Act."

(b) All terms defined in the Act shall have the same definitions as in the Act when used in this subchapter.
