Section 5:24-2.1 - Introduction

(a) This subchapter is adopted pursuant to P.L. 1981, c.226 (2A:18-61.2 2 et seq.), hereinafter referred to as "the Act".

(b) All terms defined in the Act shall have the same definitions as in the Act when used in this subchapter.
