Section 5:23-7.22 - Recreation: boating areas(a) Each boating area with docking facilities shall have one accessible docking space.(b) Each accessible mooring space shall adjoin an accessible route of travel and shall have a minimum clear space of five feet by five feet to allow transfer to the boat. Additionally, each accessible mooring space shall be a maximum of 36 inches above the mean water level in non-tidal areas.N.J. Admin. Code § 5:23-7.22
