The continuing care retirement community shall be deemed to be certified pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:19-1.2 if, within 90 days of the notice of filing or notice or correction, the Department has not issued a certificate of authority or order of rejection and the applicant has not consented to an extension of the time for review in writing.
