Section 5:10-1.7 - Force and effect of regulations

This chapter shall have the force and effect of law until revised, repealed, or amended by the Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs and shall be enforced by the Commissioner pursuant to the provisions of 55:13A-1 et seq.
