Section 5:1-6.1 - Compliance with Uniform Code of Ethics

All officers and employees of the Department of Community Affairs shall comply with the Uniform Code of Ethics, promulgated by the State Ethics Commission pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:13D-23.
