Section 3A:70-2.1 - Program requirements

(a) In order to be eligible for funding, programs must provide, at a minimum, the following services:

1. Job counseling;

2. Job training and placement;

3. Health education and counseling;

4. Financial management;

5. Educational services;

6. Legal counseling and referral; and

7. Outreach and information.
