Section 3A:57-2.9 - Non-discrimination; clients and employees
(a) A shelter shall not discriminate based on race, creed, color, national origin, nationality, ancestry, age, sex (including pregnancy), familial status, marital or civil union status, domestic partnership status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, as defined at N.J.S.A. 10:5-5.rr, atypical hereditary cellular or blood trait, genetic information, liability for military service, mental or physical disability, perceived disability, and AIDS and HIV status, against:
1. Employees; or
2. Clients, when providing appropriate residential and other domestic violence services.
