Section 3A:56-6.17 - Clothing(a) The home shall take measures to ensure that each child has an adequate personal supply of clean, well-fitting, and attractive clothing and footwear appropriate to his or her age, gender, individual needs, community standards, and season. 1. The home shall ensure that each child's clothing is kept clean and in good repair. The home may require children 12 years of age and older to do their own laundry.2. The home shall not require children to wear any article of clothing that would explicitly identify them as residents of the home.N.J. Admin. Code § 3A:56-6.17
