Section 3A:55-7.1 - Comprehensive health plan for children

(a) The facility shall prepare and implement a comprehensive health plan to ensure that each child's medical, dental, mental health, and other health needs are met adequately and promptly.

1. The facility shall identify a physician or health care organization who will assume responsibility for routine medical care of each child.

2. The facility shall arrange for emergency, routine and follow-up medical care for each child.
