Section 3A:50-2.5 - Court action(a) The Department may institute a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive relief to enjoin the operation of an adoption agency for good cause, including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Any imminent dangers or hazards that threaten the health and safety of children and families served by the agency;2. Repeated violations of the requirements of this chapter; or3. Opening and operating an adoption agency without a certificate or without complying with the requirements of this chapter.N.J. Admin. Code § 3A:50-2.5
