Section 3A:13-5.13 - Student's obligation to report changes in institution

Any changes in institution choice which occur after student notification, as described in 3A:13-5.7, shall be reported immediately, in writing by the student, to the Department in order that the student's continued eligibility may be calculated and prompt payment provided.
