Section 3:42-1.1 - Scope

Unless otherwise provided by rule or statute, this chapter shall constitute the rules of the Pinelands Development Credit Bank governing the procedures and standards for carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Bank pursuant to "The Pinelands Development Credit Bank Act", 13:18A-30 et seq.
