Section 3:4-1.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) This subchapter implements the capital requirements of the "Banking Act of 1948," 17:9A-1 et seq. and the "Savings and Loan Act (1963)," 17:12B-1 et seq.

(b) This subchapter shall apply to all depository institutions.
