Section 3:23-4.3 - Late filings

(a) All annual reports shall be filed in accordance with 3:1-7.6.

(b) All annual reports filed late shall be subject to penalties as provided in 3:1-7.6.

(c) A final annual report shall be required for the calendar year in which the licensee discontinues its licensed business operations in New Jersey.
