Section 3:2-1.1 - Authority, scope and enforcement

(a) This subchapter is promulgated pursuant to the provisions of 17:16H-1 et seq. This subchapter applies to financial institutions subject to supervision, regulation or licensing by the Department.

(b) Compliance with this subchapter and 17:16H-1 et seq. shall be enforced by the Commissioner.
