Section 3:18-1.3 - Location

(a) An application for a license as a business licensee shall specify the address of the principal location from which the business licensee shall conduct foreclosure consulting activity and at which it may be contacted by the Department as referenced in 3:18-2.2(a) and (b).

(b) A business licensee changing its name, the address of its principal office, or its email address shall comply with 3:1-7.1 and 7.4, as applicable.
