Section 3:12-2.5 - Examination by Commissioner

The Commissioner may at any time, either personally or by a person or persons duly designated by him or her, examine the records of a qualified corporation. The costs of such examination shall be borne by the qualified corporation so examined in accordance with the fees set forth in 3:1-6.6(b).
