The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Department of Banking and Insurance.
"Savings bank" means a savings bank as defined in N.J.S.A. 17:9A-1(13).
"State association" means a State association as defined in N.J.S.A. 17:12B-5(1).
