Section 19:61-5.2 - Publication

(a) The Chair of the Commission shall cause to be filed with the Office of Administrative Law:

1. All advisory opinions of the Commission rendered pursuant to 52:13D-21(g); and

2. Notice of any disciplinary action taken by the Commission pursuant to 52:13D-21(i).
