Section 19:61-2.5 - Access to documents
(a) Financial disclosure statements identified for public access on the Commission's website, pursuant to 52:13D-21(n), pleadings related to a complaint, all final orders, decisions and formal Commission opinions shall be maintained by the Commission as documents available to the public. Requests for formal Commission advisory opinions and replies to requests for advisory opinions may be made available to the public after consideration by the Commission.
(b) Any person shall, upon request, be afforded an opportunity to examine a document, or a photocopy of any document, so maintained at the Commission offices, between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on business days.
