Section 19:2-5.2 - Damage to property
(a) No person shall cut, mutilate or remove any trees, shrubs, flowers, plants, topsoil, sod or other greenery located upon the Authority property, or attempt to do so unless acting under contract or permit from the Authority. (See 19:2-4.5, Permits.)
(b) No person shall deface, damage, mutilate, or remove any sign, delineator, structure, fence or any other property or equipment of the Authority.
