The Public Employment Relations Commission Appeal Board (the "Appeal Board") is the board established by 34:13A-5.6 to consider petitions of appeal of public employees, who are not members of the employee organization which represents the employees' collective negotiations unit, concerning the amount of the representation fee in lieu of dues paid by the nonmember employees.
