Section 19:14-9.1 - Applicability of subchapter; nature of proceedings

This subchapter shall be applicable to requests for interim relief in both unfair practice proceedings under this chapter and in scope of negotiations proceedings pursuant to N.J.A.C. 19:13-3.1 1. Any order issued pursuant to this subchapter is interlocutory.
