Section 19:14-10.1 - Applicability

The provisions of this subchapter shall be applicable to orders issued by the Commission or persons designated to act for the Commission in unfair practice proceedings pursuant to 34:13A-5.4(c) and (f) and this chapter, and in scope of negotiations proceedings pursuant to 34:13A-5.4(d) and (f) and N.J.A.C. 19:13.
