In addition to these traffic rules, users of the Roadway are subject to all applicable statutory provisions, including, but not limited to, penalties for nonpayment of tolls (27:23-25 ), penalties for violation of any of the Authority's regulations (27:23-32 ), United States Department of Transportation regulations, and, except as otherwise provided hereinabove, the Motor Vehicle and Traffic Acts of New Jersey (39:3-1 et seq. and 39:4-1 et seq.). Commercial vehicles in interstate commerce using the Roadway remain subject to Interstate Commerce Commission regulations.
