Section 19:43A-8.6 - Powers and jurisdiction of the Commission(a) At the time of the commencement of a conservatorship action, or at any time thereafter, the Commission shall have the power to enjoin the former or suspended licensee from exercising any of its privileges and franchises, from collecting or receiving any debts, and from paying out, selling, assigning, or transferring any of its property to other than a conservator, except as the Commission may otherwise order.(b) A conservator shall at all times be subject to the Act and such rules, regulations, limitations, restrictions, terms, and conditions as the Commission may from time to time prescribe.(c) The Commission shall have such further powers as shall be appropriate for the fulfillment of the purposes of the Act.N.J.
