Section 19:43A-8.11 - Review of action of conservator

(a) Any creditor or party in interest aggrieved by any alleged breach of a fiduciary obligation of a conservator in the discharge of his or her duties shall be entitled to a review thereof upon petitioning the Commission in writing. Such petition shall set forth in detail the pertinent facts and the reasons why such facts constitute the alleged breach.

(b) The Commission shall summarily review any petition filed pursuant to this section and take whatever action, if any, that it deems appropriate.
