Section 19:32-2.3 - Eligibility determination

(a) To evidence eligibility for a grant, the district shall submit to the Authority evidence of the approvals required pursuant to N.J.A.C. 19:32-2.2.

(b) Eligibility determinations shall be made in the order in which the requirements at (a) above have been met.
