Section 19:32-1.13 - Termination by mutual agreement

The Authority and the district may terminate the grant agreement when both parties agree that the continuation of the school facilities project would not produce beneficial results commensurate with the further expenditure of funds. The Authority and the district shall agree upon the conditions for termination, including the date on which the termination shall take effect. The closeout provisions specified at N.J.A.C. 19:32-3.8 shall apply.
