In the event that the Authority determines that the district is not in compliance with any provision of the Act, any condition of the grant agreement, or any condition of this chapter, it will notify the district of the noncompliance in writing. The Authority may require the district, its consultants and/or contractors to take and complete corrective action. If the corrective action is not taken within the requisite time period specified or if the action taken is inadequate as determined by the Authority, the Authority may take any of the following actions or combinations contained at N.J.A.C. 19:32-1.11 and 1.12.
