Section 19:7-7.1 - Penalties and enforcement

(a) Failure to comply with the requirements of this chapter, including any zoning certificate approval, payment of required fees, and/or construction of required improvement(s), shall result in enforcement action by the NJMC pursuant to 19:4-4.2 1.

(b) Any lien created pursuant to this chapter shall be enforceable on the subject property in the same manner that taxes are made a lien against land pursuant to Title 54 of the Revised Statutes.
