Section 19:6-1.5 - Violations and penalties

For any violation of this chapter or the NJ UCC, notice of violation and penalty procedure shall be in accordance with 19:4-4.2 1 and the NJ UCC, 5:23-2.3 1. All penalties shall be in accordance with the NJ UCC.
