Section 19:5-7.9 - Water supply and sewerage disposal systems

(a) The applicant shall provide written proof from the water company serving the subdivision that the development therein will be adequately served by public water supply.

(b) The applicant shall provide written proof from the appropriate sewerage authority serving the subdivision that the development therein will be adequately served by a central sewerage system in accordance with 19:4-7.9.
