Section 19:4-5.96 - Intermodal B zone; use limitations

(a) The use limitations in the Intermodal B zone are:

1. Outdoor storage areas used in conjunction with a permitted use shall be located in accordance with an approved site plan and shall be fenced and heavily screened in accordance with 19:4-8.9.

2. Container storage as a principal use shall not be permitted. Accessory container storage and/or stacking shall be permitted in conjunction with a permitted use and shall be limited to a total of two containers per stack or a maximum height of 25 feet above grade level, whichever is less, and shall be heavily screened in accordance with 19:4-8.9.
