Section 19:4-5.26 - Low Density Residential zone; permitted uses

(a) The permitted uses in the Low Density Residential zone are:

1. Community residences and shelters with five or less residents;

2. Day care facilities;

3. Essential public services;

4. Parks or recreation facilities;

5. Primary and secondary schools;

6. Single-family and two-family dwellings; and

7. Townhome dwellings.
