Section 19:4-5.20 - Waterfront Recreation zone; special exception uses

(a) When included with a marina meeting the minimum requirements set forth in 19:4-5.7, the following uses shall be special exception uses in the Waterfront Recreation zone:

1. Commercial recreation, indoor; and

2. Cultural facilities.
