Section 19:4-5.115 - Sports and Exposition zone; land exemptions

Any land acquired by the NJSEA and subject to its jurisdiction under 5:10-1 through 26 shall be exempt from N.J.A.C. 19:3 , 19:4 , 19:5 , 19:6, and 19:7.
